Mikey Wasnidge has been making his mark in Charlottetown for the past decade as an innovative marketer and experience designer, bringing his unique vision and creativity to everything from local events and craft beer to online retail and food and beverage. After spending three years as Upstreet Craft Brewing’s Marketing Manager, Mikey learned what it took to grow a successful, community-minded business and used this knowledge and the confidence he gained while working there to co-create Nimrods’, PEI’s newest culinary experiment. In a short time, Mikey and his partners went from a used concession trailer they purchased on a whim to a floating wood-fired pizza bar that has quickly become known for its unique creations and socially-conscious approach.
