Come have your Friday morning coffee and chat with local like-minded entrepreneurs and business executives about the trials and tribulations of starting, running or growing a business. These events are an informal, open discussion and a great chance to network with fellow entrepreneurs.
April’s guest is Marsha Doiron, founder of Level Up Consulting. Our April Coffee Chat will take on Friday, April 17th, from 10:30am-12pm on Zoom.
“You know that rare person that simply radiates energy and lifts spirits wherever they go? Say hello to Marsha Doiron. Everywhere she goes, Marsha emanates boundless positivity, makes genuine connections with people, and seeks to help them unleash their own extraordinariness.
As a trainer and consultant specializing in tourism, Marsha is passionately committed to helping operators reach new heights and adopt a mindset that will ensure long-term business success.
Obsessed (in a good way!) with tourism and creating exceptional customer experiences, Marsha has devoted her career to leadership roles in the hospitality and tourism industry. During the past three decades, she has led marketing, sales, and product development teams at several tourism-based companies and served on numerous tourism industry boards.
From 2012 to 2019, Marsha served as Vice President of Product Development and Marketing at Coach Atlantic Group/Prince Edward Tours. During this time she played a vital role in the growth of Prince Edward Tours thanks to her focus on enhancing the customer experience.
Naturally people-focused and dedicated to making every day better than the one before, Marsha applies her incredible drive and talents to every pursuit she undertakes.
Through her new consulting firm, Level Up, Marsha’s mission with every client is to help them discover the untapped potential in themselves and their businesses.
Marsha holds a Masters in Business Administration and has taken many leadership courses, including the Dale Carnegie Program and Customer Experience Leadership Training with the Disney Institute.
When she’s not leveling up tourism businesses, Marsha loves spending time with her husband, Adam, and her three children. She and can often found getting creative in the kitchen, boating with her family, spontaneous road trip or some fun international travel!”
