GrowthX, based out of California, helps companies and countries commercialize innovation through capital, talent and know-how. Through the GrowthX Academy, they provide companies with market development skills and career training to help them develop top talent and compete and thrive in the innovation economy.
This workshop will take you through the first two milestones of the GrowthX Market Acceleration Program (MXP). This program is designed to help companies develop, test and validate hypotheses at every stage of the market development process. That means less time and capital is required to learn whether and when a company can achieve product-market fit.
Milestone 1: Market Foundation & Discovery
After covering Milestone 1, you will know:
- What resources you may need to test and execute on your idea
- Who your ideal customer is
- Where to find your ideal customers
- What proposed pricing model and acquisition strategy will be used for the first test
- What channels to use to reach out
- What market milestones to aim for
- What data acquisition strategies to use
Milestone 2: Market Messaging & Outreach
After covering Milestone 1, you will know:
- How to talk to market in a way that generates the feedback we are looking for
- How to attract and quantify leads
- What your unique value proposition (UVP) and unique selling proposition (USP) is
- How to learn from customers and further develop your UVP and USP
- How to build a market messaging map
- How to build a portfolio of marketing assets
Schedule:
9 am-12 pm: Registration, Welcome, Introduction to GrowthX, MXP Milestone 1.
12 pm – 1 pm – Lunch Break. Food and beverages provided.
1 pm – 4pm: MXP Milestone 2 & Wrap-up.
4 pm – 7 pm: GrowthX Social! Food and beverages provided.

Tickets for this event are $80. Cost includes lunch and snacks throughout the day, as well as food/beverages at the social.
