This is an intro-level sales session for early-stage startups looking to build or develop sales strategies/guidelines for their business, with a heavy focus on B2B strategies.
Some of the topics that will be touched on include:
- Inbound vs. outbound sales pipelines;
- Different avenues of pipeline generation (eg: email, phone, Linkedin, etc);
- Best-practices for sales (eg: email and phone script structures);
- Virtual selling
