“Planning for Now”
Action Plan for Businesses
In partnership with the Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce, Startup Zone will host an online workshop to help business leaders think through, in a systematic way, the challenges they face and how they can improvise, adapt and overcome to the “new normal” amidst the COVID-19 outbreaks.
The session will be in three sections:
- Managing the stress of the current situation and what tangible actions you can take immediately to reduce the levels of stress all in your organization, including you as leader are experiencing
- What changes you should think about implementing today to help your organization survive
- How the landscape your business operates in will change over the next few months and years and actions you could take to help your business quickly re-orientate or pivot to not just survive but thrive.
Who should attend?
This workshop is designed for “business leaders” of companies facing challenges amidst the COVID-19 outbreaks. This workshop will be a best fit for companies that are already launched and have seen some traction, and even more relevant to companies that have employees.
