Tracey’s passion for physical activity started at a young age when she used to watch her parents run in local running races and thought it was the coolest thing ever! In university, she played varsity field hockey for 5 years and captained the team for 4 of those seasons.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration from UPEI in 2003 she completed the Lake Placid IronmanTriathlon which she says was one of the most incredible experiences of her life. Tracey coached the University of Prince Edward Island field hockey team for the following 4 years before beginning her career as a personal trainer and fitness instructor.
Tracey’s passion for wellness has been steady throughout her entire life but seeing too many people close to her battle illness and then losing a dear friend to cancer several years ago has intensified that passion tenfold. Tracey has taught hundreds of classes over the past decade and is inspired daily by watching others taking time for themselves to be healthier. She believes so strongly that daily movement is an essential part in living and feeling our best and her mission is to guide and cheer others in that quest.
Tracey and her husband John have four children who keep their lives full and wild every single day- Cole- 10, Evy- 8, Stella-6 and baby of the family Luke- 3.
