This April, Startup Zone is hosting a series of “Wellness Webinars” to facilitate important conversations about the impacts of COVID-19 on the mental health of entrepreneurs, and seek advice from local experts on how we can prioritize our mental (and physical) well-being during these times.
Our second Wellness Webinar will be a “Conversation with a Therapist on COVID-19” with Jill Stewart (BSW, MSW, RSW), Founder/Therapist at Startup Zone company Your Life Design. YLD offers counselling and therapy, completely online. Join Jill for a conversation about dealing with losses, transitions, and an unknown future, as well as strategies for navigating these rough waters.
Our Wellness Webinar’s will be open conversations, and you are encouraged to come with your questions/concerns on that week’s topic, or just come to listen and hear important insights from our special guest. Join us on April 21st and hear and share insights on this week’s topic with Jill.
