This April, Startup Zone is hosting a series of “Wellness Webinars” to facilitate important conversations about the impacts of COVID-19 on the mental health of entrepreneurs, and seek advice from local experts on how we can prioritize our mental (and physical) well-being during these times. Our third Wellness Webinar will be a “Fireside Chat with CMHA PEI on Online Mental Health Resources” with Mary Clements, Individual and Family Support Worker at the Canadian Mental Health Association of PEI.

Get to know Mary:
Mary Clements comes to CMHA Kings County with a background in mental health counselling. In her role as Individual and Family Support Worker at CMHA she works with both community members and organizations, providing navigational support and offering community education around mental health and wellness. She is passionate about engaging in mental health advocacy through trauma informed capacity building and promoting social and emotional learning. In her professional and personal lives, she is greatly inspired by mindfulness meditation and the healing benefits of nature.
