Your Stress-Free Life Workshop with Tasha Gorveatt

Daily life can be chaotic and stressful. In this 1-hour workshop with Productivity Coach, Tasha Gorveatt, she’ll teach you how to spend more of your time and energy on the things you actually WANT to be doing, while also taking care of the tasks that NEED to get done.
We’ll chat about:
– Setting Boundaries
– Habits and Routines
– Home Management
– Time-Blocking and Prioritizing
The goal is that you will walk away from this session with a fresh perspective and some simple strategies that you can implement into your life immediately.
Tasha Gorveatt is a Productivity Coach who works with women to develop healthy habits, time management skills, and a positive mindset. She understands the importance of finding a balance between structure and flexibility. Tasha works with her clients to find a balance between productivity, fun and rest. She offers an individualized approach for her coaching clients and works with clients one-on-one and in group coaching sessions.
