Pat currently works with CRM systems and is also an independent business development consultant (Sebastien Business Development Consulting), helping new & existing startups bring their products to market.

Founder of Angela MacDonald Consulting, where she provides CFO services, assists with strategy and planning, and develops comprehensive business plans for entrepreneurs.

Holds a BBA with a focus in Accounting from UPEI, and an MBA and CPA-CMA from Saint Mary’s University.

Previous experience titles include Corporate Controller for Center for Aquaculture Technologies Inc., Assistant Regional Business Manager for TC Media, and Accountant positions for both APM House of Excellence and Drake Truck Bodies.

Has helped executives and entrepreneurs develop a plan for the growth of their organizations; along with a solid financial plan to allow it to happen, and metrics to monitor progress along the way.

Oversaw and maintained budgets in excess of 10 million dollars annually and showed growth year over year.

Dee’s experience includes owning, building, operating and selling successful businesses including Outside the Cube, an award-winning agency with seven figure billings, located in the Yukon with clients around the globe, and Charlotte’s Rose Inn, a top ranked BnB in PEI.

In 2008 she founded JEBBCA Strategies + Holdings, a company that invests in business start ups and real estate and offers senior strategy services in business development, sales, marketing and communications. 

Before becoming a serial entrepreneur, Dee held positions with Honda (sales), Suzuki Canada (District Sales Manager), Maritime Broadcasting (Regional Sales Manager), CBC television (Account Executive), and Cossette Communications (VP Media Planning and Buying). 

Her clients have included large brands like Holland America, McDonalds, Coke, Bell Aliant, Canada Games, World Fastpitch, World Athletics, and Chukka Caribbean Adventures as well as entrepreneurs, NGO, DMO’s  and start ups including Canadian River Expeditions/Nahanni River Adventures, Proskida/, Gill Cracknell Leadership and Advocacy, CPAWS, and Glebe BIA. 

She is recognized as a specialist in tourism, sponsorship, sport and event revenue strategies. She has been invited to speak at numerous conferences and events on entrepreneurship, DMO marketing, media planning and buying, and sales.

Permjot is a Pitch Trainer, Advisor, Entrepreneur-in-Residence and Executive Director for numerous business and economic development collaborations around the world. Permjot is the first Mentor-In-Residence for the University of Arkansas, Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation. 

He is also an Angel investor, having invested in over 50 startups in four countries (Canada, UK, South Africa and US). His company Flight and Partners has returned 83x to shareholders.

She is currently spending extra hours (currently at 17 Hours) writing her first book that is based on the worksheets originally conceived in the meetings to help residents after the meetings.

She has designed for 37 local PEI businesses (from logo to websites).

Her artwork has been displayed in New York times Square.

Co-Founder of Dashboard Marketing where he works as an independent marketing consultant and growth advisor, offering a wealth of B2C, D2C and B2B experience to organizations at every stage.

Sean has 20+ years of experience, with areas of expertise include brand development, strategic marketing, digital engagement, social media, web development, advertising, public relations, and market research.

In the first half of his career, he spent time in sales and marketing roles with MolsonCoors and Nikon, and well as advertising agencies managing communications for brands such as Dare Foods, CIBC, Kraft, Canon and Toyota.

Sean is also an active speaker on the topic of branding and strategic marketing. He has presented at national conferences and post-secondary institutions across the country.
