Facilitation of Strategic Planning
Startup Zone is a sector-agnostic business incubator based in Charlottetown, PEI. The goal of the non-profit organization is to accelerate new startups by connecting them with space, resources, and community support needed to navigate their path to success.
The organization is currently seeking competitive proposals from qualified facilitators to assist its Board of Directors with the development of a multi-year strategic plan.
Startup Zone was founded in June 2016 and since launching has helped hundreds of business owners access office space, professional services, educational resources and a community of other entrepreneurs. Through a number of helpful initiatives, including their flagship Resident Company Program, SUZ has sought ways to find ways to connect and support Island entrepreneurs.
The organization is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors with members representing our funders, business community and stakeholders. The Board of Directors has identified the need to create a strategic vision and plan.
